The "official" receipe calls for chickaboo for the body and hen hackle for the wing, but on my flies I used
'maribou' and saddle feathers from a pheasant. I also mixed a little Ice Dub in with the fuzz for the head.

BTW, this Stretch Magic stuff is pretty cool; stretchy and strong. I got my spool at Michaels
craft store for about $3.
